Help

This page is a basic tutorial on how to use the app. For further help, message the creator. Supplementary images will be included in the future.

Upon logging in, you will first be greeted by the dashboard. First, create a new school year to represent the current school year. It will automatically create three trimesters inside the school year for you.

One important tip is that the items in the sidebar can be right-clicked in order to create or delete items.

In each trimester, you can create the subjects in which you will put data, like test or exam scores, inside.

Each subject is composed of a hierarchy of three items: a category, its subcategories, and the assessments in the subcategory. This follows how course outlines in LSGH are typically organized.

Ideally, when inputting data, you're meant to use the subject's course outline as a reference. In cases where you don't have the course outline, you can try your best to organize it how you think it would be organized, and update it later when your teacher uploads the course outline.

Additionally, when following the course outline, it is often the case that there are assessments in it that you haven't done yet. These assessments should be left ungraded (using the checkbox), and simply input any score or total for that assessment. This ensures that it doesn't affect your running subject average.

If you get an error saying the weights in the subject/category are not valid, recheck the weights of the categories (or subcategories) and ensure that they add up to 100%.

Note that Physical Education subjects are not counted in the calculation of the general average. To reflect that, go to the page of the PE subject and click the options button at the top right. Here, you will be able to remove the subject from grading.

Another important feature is the ONE Nexus Grade override. If you just want to directly put in the grade of a subject/trimester if it's already graded and not have to input every little assessment, go to the options at the top right of the page. There, you can input the true grade from Nexus and all data inside the subject will be ignored in favor of that grade.

Finally, this app was not designed with mobile use in mind, so you may encounter bugs if you do use it on mobile.
